Highlights:
1- Very few Turkish people speak English – Get ready for some sign language.
2- Bodrum is a big Port City – Plan your trip in advance to avoid being lost getting lost.
3- If you love Meat – You will Love the food.
4- Bodrum – never sleeps.
5- You can buy a SIM card and activate your BB for 45TL.
6- The weather is dry with very low humidity during July.
7- Bodrum is about Gumbet – Bodrum Marina – Bitez – Turkbuku – Yalikavak – and other area’s we haven’t tapped.

Doria Hotel: located in Gumbet. Very cute, clean, nice sea view, and friendly staff. Except for the STEEP hill but think of it as a good work out ๐

I am not sure if it is coincidence, or if a single shoe lying around corners is something cultural and significant.

2 trees planted next to each other to form one beautiful looking tree. Loved it – Have a Doner (in Arabic – Shawerma) for lunch, it is very delicious.

Watch the magical mountains facing Sernic, the colors keep changing according to the shadows and the sunlight. **They are not called magical mountain

At Maca Kizi – Splurge with Luxury, and enjoy the beautiful sun deck that over looks the magical mountains.

Yalikavak is also a very nice area, take the bus, or a taxi. It takes around half an hour to an hour to reach from one area to the other.

What is outstanding about Xuma Beach, is the greenery around their beach and the big sun deck in the middle of the sea.
