Whatever you speak, good or evil, will somehow come back to you… So Dance, and keep on Dancing…

This world is like a snowy mountain that echoes your voice. Whatever you speak, good or evil, will somehow come back to you. Therefore, if there is someone who harbors ill thoughts about you, saying similarly bad things about him, will only make matters worse. You will be locked in a vicious circle of malevolent energy. Instead for forty days and nights say and think nice things about that person. Everything will be different at the end of the forty days, because you will be different inside. The Sufi mystic & Islamic scholar Jalal ad-Din Rumi – Rule#27 from the book 40 Rules of love by Elif Shafak

ZurichThere is nothing more beautiful than being cheerful. Nothing more beautiful than being positive. And nothing more beautiful than following the examples of those who have only done good in this world. We live in a day-to-day battle, but that battle can use few people who encourage us to quit fighting and start chanting. Chant our way through this short life. Surround ourselves with good memories, and good times. Life is too short to hold back, and it is too short to sit still. It is a life lived to dance, lived to joy, lived to live. What are you doing being bothered by the bothering’s of someone else? If you can’t help cheer them, then cheer yourself and maybe they will be cheered along. Don’t mistaken your life with theirs, and don’t make their misery, yours. A sad man, will eventually dance, when he sees both the people he loves and hates are dancing. So dance, even to those who are wicked, dance… and keep on dancing.

Dance in Motion

Dance in Motion.

Shutter speed is our best friend when photographing movement. “Ali Saadi”

Dance in Motion was one of the best workshops I have attended to learn about photography, I learnt about shutter speed, focus, movement, capturing moments and having fun with photography.

In my post below you can learn some of the tips and tricks I have learnt from Ali Saadi; one of the top photographers in Jordan. Ali is known for his best moments captured in wedding and concert events.

I am sure his tips will help you understand photography better. Enjoy and click on the photo to be redirected 🙂

Find your Art

We all know that what we learn from our travels, can never be learnt anywhere close to our comfort zone “home”. But, traveling also made me realize that what I can learn back home can never be learnt anywhere else around the world.

So I decided to use my skills in organizing events and dedicate my time to put together projects that are both educational & inspirational. Projects that combine talented local artists, with topics that are not fairly explored in this region, and most importantly projects I find Art in.

My first project will be covering Photography. The art, passion, diversity, and possible opportunities this topic can offer.

Project Photography

Will take place in Amman, Jordan on the 14th of June until the 21st of June 2014. This project will cover the basic needs of understanding the use of professional cameras, and a general brief on photography. Then it will cover 4 topics with 4 of the best Jordanian photographers, the project will end with an open exhibition where all the talented photographers and their participants exhibit their best photographs.

Project photography is a seven day workshops covering topics like street portrait, fashion product, dance in motion, food styling in Amman Jordan by the professional photographers

In the exhibition, visitors will experience viewing over 10 photos of each topic. This experience will enable our understanding to the present diversity in the way we see things, frame them, understand topics and choose to capture each moment.

Thanks to my main sponsor Canon who supported me to cover my expenses and help make a small project a successful one. & Thanks to Spin FM for sponsoring my radio ads.

I will be posting more. Hoping to see the Art in this project together.
