Stumbled upon this on instagram @damascus_son and it happened to be stumbled upon at the perfect timing for me.
I liked it for one reason: that I related to both feelings at the very same alone time. And I know for a fact that it is us who decide. Of course circumstances do play a part in us deciding, but if we do feel lonely, then there is at least one thing that can be changed for us to feel freedom. Mostly, it is 1- our mind set, 2- a situation we are in that we don’t agree to and are procrastinating about dealing with, 3- or we have limited comfort zone. To feel lonely is also to lack self love, motivation, goals. When we are alone, the world is under our feet. We have the quality of time to think, to meditate, to read, to relax, to work on personal growth, to write. When am alone; I personally don’t know where to start from, I always have a list of things to do. And when we are alone, that is the perfect thing to do. Get that dreams list done.
i once wrote ” The new world order requires you to sacrifice, deny, and delete almost 8-10 hours of your day just to survive. Now, you’ll be stuck in between accepting that or not accepting it. The first choice ( accepting ) will lead you to contradicting yourself, Confusion. the second choice ( Not accepting ) will not allow you to live at all, you’ll be PASSIVE.”
I always thought that loneliness and freedom are contradicted definitions. but i believe that I’ve reached that fact that i confused their meanings. i believe that freedom comes when we are purely alone. as Mr. Manson said ” If you die when there’s no one watching, and your ratings drop and you’re forgotten, if they kill you on their TV, you’re a martyr and a lamb of god”
My point is, The more lonely you’ll feel, the more free you’ll become. Those Two hours that you spend having that warm drink, staring at nothingness, building kingdoms in your head, destroying ideas, and draining your soul into one drip of freedom is what life is all about.
WHY AM I HERE ?
Ps. i am so sorry for the long comment, i am having difficult time writing things. these posts evoke me into writing again.
Thank you so much.
